1. Is Black Ops Hypnosis the same as Underground Hypnosis?

Yes, it is also known as Covert Hypnosis, but all terms are about understanding the dynamics of any social situation and being able to bend and manipulate the situation for your own end use. No it is about using you brain more than the 10%th average person, does, understanding social dynamics and knowing what the other person will do before they do it.
